1. Seller
Maitsi Jiudej Dellacasa Prince, NIE Z1748763D, at Calle Creta, 80, BW 293, 03130 Santa Pola, Alicante, España, email [email protected]. Full details are in the legal notice.
2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of products offered on sit-iot.com. We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as they fall outside the Spanish VAT territory and require customs clearance. If you enter an address in those territories, the checkout will offer no shipping method.
3. Prices and tax
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the current standard rate of 21%. Before confirming your order you will see the breakdown of the amount, the shipping cost and the total payable.
The applicable price is the one in force when the order is placed. If an obvious material error in a price is detected, we will tell you before processing the order and you may either confirm it at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.
4. Shipping costs and times
- Orders of €30 or more: free shipping, delivered in 1-2 working days.
- Standard shipping: €5.50 (VAT included), delivered in 2-3 working days.
- Express shipping: €6.00 (VAT included), delivered in 1-2 working days.
Times are counted in working days from confirmation of payment and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery will in no case exceed 30 calendar days from conclusion of the contract, in accordance with article 109 of RDL 1/2007. Should we be unable to meet that deadline, we will tell you and you may terminate the contract with a full refund.
Deliveries are made by Correos. Some hard-to-reach areas may need longer than the times stated; we would tell you before processing the order.
5. Payment methods
All payments are processed through Stripe, a gateway that meets the PCI DSS standard. Your card details travel encrypted straight to the payment provider: this site neither receives nor stores them. You can pay with:
- Credit and debit card.
- Link, Stripe’s wallet, which saves your payment details for future purchases if you choose.
- Amazon Pay, using the payment and delivery details held in your Amazon account.
- Klarna, which lets you split or defer payment. Read the section below before choosing it.
Deferred or instalment payment with Klarna
Klarna is not a payment method equivalent to the others: it is a financing service. If you choose it, you contract directly with Klarna Bank AB, which assesses the transaction and sets its own terms, deadlines and, where applicable, interest or late-payment fees.
That financing relationship is between you and Klarna, and is separate from the sale: we receive the full order amount and our obligations to you — delivery, guarantee, withdrawal — remain exactly as described in these terms. We recommend reading Klarna’s terms before confirming your order, because defaulting towards Klarna has consequences of its own that are outside our control.
6. Ordering and confirmation
To buy, add the products to your basket, provide delivery and billing details, choose a shipping and payment method, and confirm the order. Before the final step you can review and change the order and correct any error.
You will receive confirmation of the order by email within 24 hours at most, in accordance with article 98 of RDL 1/2007. Keep that message: it evidences the conclusion of the contract.
7. Legal guarantee
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under articles 114 et seq. of RDL 1/2007 as amended by Law 11/2022.
During the first two years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proved otherwise. You may choose between repair and replacement and, where neither is possible or proportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Excluded is damage arising from incorrect installation, handling by unauthorised personnel, normal wear, or use other than that specified by the manufacturer.
8. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The conditions and the form are on the returns and withdrawal page.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send any complaint to [email protected] or call +34 607 464 058. We will try to resolve it directly and as quickly as we can.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, the following routes are also open to you:
- Your local consumer information office (OMIC) in Spain, or the consumer authority of your autonomous community.
- If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in Spain: cec.consumo.gob.es.
- The list of alternative dispute resolution bodies maintained by the European Commission: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
We are not currently signed up to any consumer arbitration scheme, which does not prevent you from approaching the bodies listed above.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which also repealed the obligation to link to it. If you find that link in older documentation, it no longer leads to any complaints channel.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In contracts with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s domicile.
